He has made race a issue over the hotel as that was really needed how about its just a bad deal for citizens of Portsmouth. I'm sure FORMER Chief Long probably did he best to patch things up. Since Long ran into a big yellow school bus. However citizens of Portsmouth voted him there again with the Mayor so what can you if that's what they want.
