Click the blue link above to read the Portsmouth Police Department Disciplinary Review Policy ADM-23. It sets forth a requirement that if it results in the opinion that a charge against and officer is founded then he shall be ordered to attend a disciplinary review board that will hear evidence and make a recommendation to the Chief as to the misconduct that occurred.
